Shipping Policy

Silk and Sparkle strives to deliver your order with care and efficiency. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure your order arrives in good condition within the shortest possible time, we use reputable shipping agencies.

Shipping within Australia typically takes 3-5 working days, while international shipping takes 5-10 working days depending on the location. Please note that custom designs will be delivered within the agreed time frame.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. However, our team will intimate you in such cases.

We are not liable for the contents of the shipment if the delivery address provided is incorrect, and we cannot provide a refund in such cases.

International Shipping: The shipping cost for international orders will be calculated based on the destination country, and any applicable import customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Duties and Taxes

There are no GST and Duties charged within Australia Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Colour Disclaimer

Please note that the colours of our products displayed on computer screens may differ slightly from the actual product due to the difference in technologies of monitors, display screen and fabric, as well as lighting used during photography.

The variation can be further exacerbated by monitors that are not correctly calibrated.

Payment

Our pricing currency is in Australian Dollars (AUD). The Buyer must pay the full Purchase Price before the shipment of goods.

Returns & Refunds

We, at Silk and Sparkle, do not have a return or exchange policy. We allow complete product display via video call before shipping the order.

For custom sizing, Silk and Sparkle team provides personal assistance online and offline(only at our flagship store in Sydney).
